What Is ACFT
The Army Combat Fitness Test is the assessment for the physical domain of the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness System. As a general physical fitness test, an age and gender performance-normed scoring scale will be used to evaluate a Soldier’s physical fitness. You are tested in 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL), Standing Powe Throw (SPT), Hand Release Puship (HRP), Sprint-drag-carry (SDC), Plank (PLK), and Two-Mile Run (2MR).
